Weekly Training Modules:  Combat Brain Training - Level 1 uses deceptively simple and brief exercises  that gradually increase the workload on your brain.  Just like weight training, this progressive and robust stimulation produces the changes in the neural connections and improved processing speed that lead to success.

Interactive Video Lessons:  This course is like a video boot camp for the brain. Instead of reading text or video lectures, we use interactive video lessons that provide simple instructions that guide you through the exercises.  Then it pauses for you to do the training exercises. After you've completed the exercise, you click to continue the lesson.

Practice for 10 minutes daily:  You have a video lesson once each week for 4 weeks, then you practice on your own for about 10 minutes each day for one week after each lesson.

Personal Training Log:  As you practice daily, record your results in the weekly training log.  This will help you see the progress you make during the course.

Lifetime Access: While the course can be completed in 4 weeks -- and the best results come from training consistently -- you will have continual access to the course, so you can refer back to it as often as you wish.

Next Mission Options: Most trainees want to continue improving their mental agility once they have completed Combat Brain Training - Level 1. You will gain access to a variety of options we offer, including training directly with a coach.
