What to expect.
Weekly Training Modules
Deceptively simple and brief exercises that gradually increase the workload on your brain. This progressive, robust stimulation produces the changes in the neural connections and improved processing speed that lead to success.
Interactive Video Lessons
Interactive video lessons provide simple instructions that guide you through the exercises. Then it pauses for you to do the training exercises. After you've completed the exercise, you click to continue the lesson.
Practice 10 Minutes Daily
You have a video lesson once each week for 4 weeks, then you practice on your own for about 10 minutes each day for one week after each lesson.
Personal Training Log
As you practice daily, record your results in the weekly training log. This will help you see the progress you make during the course.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access: While the course can be completed in 4 weeks -- and the best results come from training consistently -- you will have continual access to the course, so you can refer back to it as often as you wish.
